Use with the (13064) Mandrel in your electric or pneumatic drill spinning at up to 5000 rpm to quickly clean difficult to strip areas. Approximate 9/16in. width fits well into channels. Fresh abrasive is constantly exposed in use. Leaves a finish similar to that of 50 grit abrasive paper.
